Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Dappled Light on a Welsh Stream is an abstract painting showing a wide stream called Afon Gido that runs just yards or metres from Saint Ina’s church at Llanina in Ceredigion mid West Wales.
Then it flows immediately into the Irish Sea by the Cei Bach country club. Both places sit just above New Quay beach.
A tree lined path runs parallel to Afon Gido. The word Afon in this respect is Welsh for water or for a river or wide stream.
You can see in my painting that afternoon sunlight clips the trees, path, stream and distant foliage all of which creates a dappled effect.
The light from the moving water is reflected back and principally onto the lower trunks of the trees on the footpath.
Faces of people and animals appeared within this painting that I did not consciously paint in. They just appeared.
You can see an obvious one on the tree trunk on the right and in the foreground. It’s a face in profile looking at the stream.

Fine Art Painter Introduction An established British fine art painter residing and working in the Llanon region of mid West Wales, (United Kingdom). I have been fine art painting for about 50+ years of which the last 34 years have been spent running my own creative businesses. I have had unconventional art publication successes. My art has been exclusively screened on British TV. I have exhibited, numerous times, both solely and with other artists in shared exhibitions, within the UK. I have sold my original fine art paintings and reproduction prints through traditional outlets and through the Internet including this site. Many of my original paintings, illustrations and cartoons hang in private collections within the United Kingdom,...
